Parker Lakes a sought after community close to the beach or Sanibel with low monthly HOA fees $104. Elegant but comfortable single family home with split bedroom floor plan. This home is completely tiled throughout. Kitchen was renovated in 2008 with granite counter tops. Washer and dryer are new. Roof replaced in 2004. Both inside and outside A/c components replaced in 2007. New stainless steel kitchen appliances in 2008. There is a potential to enlarge the lanai area. You can walk to the pool without the cost of maintaining your own. Nice community area to have guests for a cookout literally across the street. Large corner lot. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
