Come home to the grand old days of Hollywood style living in a very private and serene courtyard condo. Adorable south of Ventura Blvd. condo that features one bedroom and one bath. The size is 819 sq. ft., but it feels so much bigger because of the layout. Large living room with large windows bring in the natural light. The unit features a separate dining room next to the kitchen. The hallway leading to the bedroom and bath makes it feel like you have your own private master suite. The condo features original hardwood floors throughout the entire unit which are absolutely gorgeous. Plantation shutters adorn the many windows, Crown Molding. All the windows have been replaced and are double paned. A small complex with only 14 units, setback from the steet. Enjoy quiet and peaceful living in one of the best locations in Sherman Oaks. The condo truly feels more like a small house. Look out the windows to a lush courtyard with beautiful trees. The condo comes with a private garage in the back of the building. Laundry room is also in the back of the complex. And the complex probably has the lowest HOA dues around, they are $158 and the Association has a very strong reserve fund.
