My Notes

Extra wide, 2600 square foot 3bd/3ba open floor plan - great layout for familes or roommates! Large open living/dining area open to giant granite island with VIKING chef's kitchen w/white custom cabinets. Espresso stained wood floors throughout first level. Unit has TWO en suites and one bd/one bath with new slate tile and Kohler fixtures. TWO family rooms, one walking out to 800 sqft patio with grill area. All closets have upgraded organizing systems & storage closets within and outside the unit. En suite on first level with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Large deck with South/West exposure is a great space for container gardening and entertaining. Unit is on a one-way street, with a quiet park across the street with playground and space for dogs to play. Walking distance to North Avenue, Division, and Damen Avenue shops and restaurants! Just minutes from Lincoln Park shopping center including West Elm/Pottery Barn. This condo is a gem in the heart of Bucktown/Wicker Park--the space is something you won't find anywhere else in the city!! A must-see! Open to 6-month, 12-month, and rent-to-own agreements.

What I love about the home

We raised three children in this home and loved every minute of it. The park across the street was where they learned to ride their bikes, where we watched fireworks, and played with the dogs of the neighborhood. We walked often to brunch or out for drinks with friends just down the street. Within walking distance to three amazing city parks (Wicker Park, Walsh Park, Dean Park)! Walking distance to Farmer's Market in Summer months. Plenty of outdoor space to feel like you've got a little slice of heaven in the city. Gardeners (or those learning) will LOVE the paved patio with HUGE flower beds ready for planting. Rear deck is a great space for sunset cocktails and container gardening. High ceilings makes the lower level feel open and airy and truly is a great space for entertaining. Wine refridgerator and bar provide a space for appetizers and cocktails for guests. Newly painted and ready for MOVE-IN!

Market guide

Zillow predicts Noble Square home values will decrease 0.8% next year, compared to a 0.3% decrease for Chicago as a whole. Among Noble Square homes, this home is valued 50.9% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 13.8% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Noble Square, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 59.8% higher than in Chicago, and 887.6% greater than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Noble Square home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Chicago.
