What I love about the home

We raised three children in this home and loved every minute of it. The park across the street was where they learned to ride their bikes, where we watched fireworks, and played with the dogs of the neighborhood. We walked often to brunch or out for drinks with friends just down the street. Within walking distance to three amazing city parks (Wicker Park, Walsh Park, Dean Park)! Walking distance to Farmer's Market in Summer months. Plenty of outdoor space to feel like you've got a little slice of heaven in the city. Gardeners (or those learning) will LOVE the paved patio with HUGE flower beds ready for planting. Rear deck is a great space for sunset cocktails and container gardening. High ceilings makes the lower level feel open and airy and truly is a great space for entertaining. Wine refridgerator and bar provide a space for appetizers and cocktails for guests. Newly painted and ready for MOVE-IN!
