This is a very nice brick ranch just off of Dutchman's lane near Big Springs Country Club. Easy access to I-64 or the Watterson. This is a very clean home with hardwood floors through out the main level, lots of light and an open feel to the home. Large kitchen and dining room plus a bigger than normal living room. The lower level is 75% finished with drywall, dropped ceiling and carpet. There is an office type room also. Lots of storage in the unfinished part. There is an attached 2 car garage which is a little deeper than most and plenty of storage space there too. The back yard is fenced and has lots of room for a garden. This is a very quiet neighborhood. There are only 5 or 6 streets in the whole sub-division so you don't get any cut thru traffic at all. We are looking for a  More Less
