Updated and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath plus an office/study. Great Westwood location close to UCLA and only minutes to the upcoming new light rail stop at Sepulveda and Pico. The unit has just had a bright and fresh cosmetic update and shows well with fresh paint, new floors, fixtures, hardware and appliances. Full laundry room off the kitchen. There are large rooms and lots of closet space. Building had a complete facelift in 2008 and has a very modern feel. Relaxing and nicely landscaped pool area plus new community room with full kitchen for entertaining. There is also side by side parking and a storage unit in the secured garage. Building has earthquake insurance and is also pet friendly.
