Beautiful and spacious unit close to 2000 sq/ft features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in a freshly renovated building located very close to UCLA, Westwood, Brentwood, Century City and 10 minutes away from the beach. This is a Corner unit facing Camden and Ohio best unit location in this building. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit for added privacy. Each bedroom provides a walk-in closet. Large kitchen with kitchen nook and subzero fridge right next to a large balcony that could provide a sitting area with a small table and a couple of chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Central AC/Heating system. A large laundry room with lots of additional closet space inside the unit. Hardwired for sound system. Recess lighting throughout. Crown molding throughout. Building completed remodel work back in 2008 and each unit pays a low HOA fee of $550 which covers EQ and liability insurance, water and gas, security cameras. Also, a beautiful pool, jetted spa and outdoor garden-style entertainment area and a large recreation room with a fireplace, full kitchen and men's and women's bathrooms and saunas as well as subterranean underground parking with side by side parking spaces. Each unit have their own large storage space in the garage. The parking for this unit is close to the lobby which is great for people with small children and elderly. Please be aware that kitchen and bathrooms need some upgrading depending on your taste. Definitely needs a fresh paint.
