Home has been remodeled within the last few years, plus addition added on and Guest Quarters or Apartment. Main home consist of 3 bedrooms (plus a 4th bedroom within the converted garage), and two bathrooms. Tile flooring throughout, some newer windows and ceiling fans. Kitchen cabinets have been redone, granite counter top and gas stove. Bedrooms are good size and have mirrored closet doors. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with granite counter tops and tile in tub and shower. Attached guest quarters/apt has a private door entry, tile floors, kitchen counter with gas stove and private bathroom. (Kitchen area is not permitted). Whole house has been copper re-piped and new electrical wire and panel. Sewer to street has been recently replaced as well. Large front yard, with decorative front wall and lots of parking. Large back yard. Laundry area is in the 1 car garage front quarter and the other three quarters is the 4th bedroom in the main house. Central Heat/Air ducting has been installed, NO system installed.
