My Notes

Beautiful updated 1930'S Bungalow within walking or bike riding (there is a bike lane in front of the house) distance to downtown Greenville! You will love all the charm and character that this (2155 sq. ft. per appraisal) house has to offer so close to downtown Greenville. This home features a full covered rocking chair front porch with large wood columns overlooking the beautiful front yard. You enter the home into the wonderful family room with hardwood floors, tons of windows, 9ft. ceilings, plantation shutters, fireplace and large moldings. The dining room sits just off the family room through a large cased opening and also features hardwood floors, 9ft. ceilings plus plantation shutters. The kitchen features ceramic tile flooring, newer updated cabinets, newer stainless steel appliances (refrigerator included) and 9ft. ceilings. Just off the kitchen is a large walk-in laundry room (washer & dryer included). Also on the main floor you will find two large bedrooms with hardwood floors, heavy moldings and 9ft. ceilings. One of the bedrooms could serve as a master bedroom and it has a huge walk-in closet. The full bath on the main floor has ceramic tile flooring, 9ft. ceilings, pedestal sink and is currently having a new shower added. The interior foyer of the house has a beautiful wide staircase with hardwood flooring leading to the upstairs of the house which features knotty pine flooring and bead board walls that just add to the character of the house. The upstairs has a large bedroom that can be another master bedroom that has knotty pine flooring as well. It also has a beautiful full bath with knotty pine flooring, tub shower with ceramic tile surround and bead board walls with a stained wood ceiling. The upstairs bathroom also features a large storage linen closet. Also upstairs you have two additional areas that could be used for storage or would make a great computer or office area. The basement/ crawlspace of the home features a nice workshop area that has a door leading to the outside. The basement has an interior staircase that leads you to the workshop. The exterior of the home in the back features a two car garage and ample parking for up to at least 6 cars. The back yard extends into the woods for over 400 ft. which will provide a large buffer from new development. This home also features a 30 year architectural shingled roof, HVAC that is 7 years old and an updated electrical panel box. This home is in great condition and so affordable being located so close to downtown Greenville. This home is zoned C-1 and would make a great office as well.
