PORT CHARLOTTE - a 55 PLUS COMMUNITY - 1 BEDROOM 1 BATH CONDO SOLD AS IS. This complex is a desirable gated community with 3 pools and 3 barbeque areas. There is a club house, shuffleboard, room to bike, and just plain sitting and enjoying the view. The basic furniture will remain with the unit except personal wall decorations including fish in living room, desk in bedroom, small black chest, globe bar. The refrigerator is 1 week old, new $1000 mattress in bedroom, and newer hot water heater. Your private lanai has a great view. The condo offers a storage closet on the lanai and a small storage area in the breakfast bar. A stacked washer/dryer are located behind doors in the hall. The master bedroom has one entire wall of closet. The bath has shower doors on the combo tub and a window to let inn some sunshine. This community is located near restaurants and shopping.
