Boating access gated community on the Caloosahatchee River. Wonderful floor plan to include a seperate cabana and bath off the walled pool area. Plantation shutters filter the light and add privacy. Custom wall includes an electric fireplace and space for books and flat screen tv. Tile in the great room floor plan for ease of maintenance. Lots of storage areas. Serene views of the fresh water canal, foilage and wildlife. Very open floor plan with high doors and ceilings. Custom tin ceiling and mural. The pool is walled and screened providing privacy. Amenities of the community are salt water marina, har-tru tennis, clubhouse, fitness, pool, spa, private island and pier and gated. So close to the islands of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva, shopping, dining, airport, I-75. This is such a serene neighborhood for all to relax and enjoy.
