Just finished a major renovation! New hardwood floors in living, kitchen and hall. Kitchen: New cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, dishwasher, micro hood, plus new windows at eating area! Bath: Light and bright with a new tiled walk-in shower with real marble tiles and a pedestal sink. Did I mention the new roof? Nice yard with mature trees and very conveniently located under 1 mile to West Asheville and 2.5 to downtown or River Arts District. House had a great rental history for the last 20 years and would make a great starter home for a young couple with the new renovations.

What I love about the home

Location is very convenient to Asheville downtown and west Asheville. Quiet loop street, right off Patton Ave by Leicester Hwy intersection. Beautiful mature trees in neighborhood and views of mountains in the distance from the backyard firepit.
