This custom executive home was the Zook Brothers Founders home when they developed Plum Creek and the golf course. While being an executive home, this home was designed to be comfortable to live in, or entertain in. The current owner has put in well over $100k in upgrades. Every window was placed to have a view; Pikes Peak, Dawson's Butte, Devil's Outlook, and of course the Plum Creek Golf Course. The house is nestled above the pine trees on par three hole two. You will have about two hours to practice a nice range of clubs after the last group hits through. The championship tees are at 200 yds, the club and intermediate tees are 140-170, and the shortest lengths are 90-105. If you don't like golfing there are plenty of trails to take advantage of the natural scenery.
