Market guide

Zillow predicts Troy Hill home values will rise 2.2% next year, compared to a 3.5% increase for Pittsburgh as a whole. Among Troy Hill homes, this home is valued 72.3% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 100% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Troy Hill, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 326.2% greater than in Pittsburgh, and 147.6% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Troy Hill home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Pittsburgh.
