Nice 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the highly sought after school district 20. The home is 2400 finished square feet along with a large unfinished basement. It is in a GREAT locationone block from an elementary school, one block from a fire station. A King Soopers, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Kohl's are all within two miles of the house, and it is 2.5 miles to the North Gate of the Air Force Academy.The kitchen includes granite counter tops, gas oven and range, an island with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, and a full pantry. The kitchen opens to a 10' by 12' deck with is great for outdoor entertaining. There are formal living and dining rooms downstairs, along with a large family room with a gas fireplace and a half bathroom. All appliances are included in the rental.All four bedrooms are upstairs, as is the laundry room. The master bedroom is one of the home's many highlights. It is 16' by 17' with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. There is a window air conditioning unit to keep you comfortable in the summer. The adjoining master bathroom is equally sizable13' by 12 with his and hers sinks, oversize bathtub, stand up shower, over 10 linear feet of counter space, and a separate room for the stool. The bathroom opens into a full walk-in closet. Each of the other three bedrooms include full closets, and two of three also feature ceiling fans. There is another full bathroom with new vinyl flooring and views of Pike's Peak. A laundry room with newer (less than 3 years old) washing machine and gas dryer (included!) rounds out the upstairs. The unfinished basement includes built in shelving for storage, along with a chest freezer, which lets you buy groceries in bulk and save on your family's food bill.The garage is a true two car garage that easily holds our family's Ford Fusion, Honda pilot, lawn mower, and several bicycles. The driveway and front yard face south, which saves you the hassle of shoveling snow all winter.There is a covered front porch looking out a fully landscaped front yard which includes numerous perennial flowers along with raised garden beds to grow annual flowers, vegetables, herbs, or even berries.The backyard includes mature trees, more raised beds, a small concrete patio, and level paving stones for your grill. Fenced to hold a dog. For utilities, Mountain View provides electric, Black Hills Energy provides natural gas, and Donala provides water. New vinyl windows help hold the utility costs down. The total bill for all three services averages $225 monthly.For renters interested in a 2 year or longer lease, the owner is willing to reduce the monthly rent to only $1550.Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, water, electricity) except for trash. The owner pays trash. Owners are willing to discount the rent for a longer term (2 years or more) lease.  More Less
