This San Jose property is nestled on the Los Gatos border by Good Samaritan Hospital. The area features excellent Union Schools and large, spacious lots which lend themselves to remodeling, expanding, or building new homes. Easy access to all city conveniences, commute access points, schools, parks and shopping. There are over ten homes that have been bulldozed and brand new homes have been constructed on this loop. Priced below the closed sales comparable homes to generate maximum interest as the sellers have retired and are moving out of state. In 61 years, this home has had only two owners to our knowledge, an indication of such a desireable neighborhood in an upscale transition. Call me with any questions on this terrific value.
