What I love about the home

The home is currently under construction. The Builder is accepting reservations for the Park 9 homes. The potential homebuyer will have the opportunity to upgrade flooring, appliances (provided purchase of home is prior to build cut off dates), and window coverings. The home will be prepared for solar panels; therefore the potential homebuyer will be able to purchase an optional solar system package. The home will be pre-wired for security, video monitoring, intercom, surround sound; giving an opportunity to purchase the optional upgrade systems (purchase of home is prior to build cut off dates, in order to upgrade).
