What I love about the home

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, and I would stay if we were not relocating to NC. It is convenient to downtown yet quiet with open skies, mountain views, and flowers. The home is surprisingly energy efficient with heating/cooking gas averaging only $48/month. Electricity even with air conditioning averages $75/month. It is bright inside even on cloudy days. Nice cross breeze. BBQ grill on the side deck. The large separate laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer is so convenient.
