UNDER AGREEEMENT _ This pristine one level Cape Cod home at 153 County Street Lakeville Massachusetts has 1400 square feet of living space, 3 BR, 1 ½ bath and is located on a private wooded 86,000 square foot lot of 1.9 acres.

This is a one floor super insulated energy efficient home with one and one half baths, with a washer /dryer in the half bath, both baths with new Kohler Comfort Height toilets. The full bath with a tub and shower is off the master bedroom.
There is a new (Aug 2011) 12,000 BTU A/C through the wall unit in the master bedroom.
Title 5 Septic System inspection was completed on August 9, 2011. The septic system is designed for three bedrooms, one of which is presently used as a TV room.
The outside of the home has vinyl shingle siding and painted aluminum trim which eliminates the need of painting, making the home almost maintenance free. The exterior landscaping around the home was designed for low maintenance and ease of care. Grass mowing was kept to a minimum.
The kitchen and dining area is 14 feet by 24 feet and includes cherry cabinets, a stainless stove and a new dishwasher. The refrigerator, washer and dryer are negotiable.
Wall to wall carpeting is installed throughout the home.
The two car attached garage is over sized at 28 feet by 24 feet and includes a work bench area.

Underground utilities include electric power, cable TV and phone. The electric service is 200
amps. The Home is heated by electric heat panels in the ceiling. Individual thermostats in each room.
Total Electric Home ? Energy Efficient Super Insulated, triple glazed Anderson Widows, 6 inch insulated walls. Double ceiling insulation of 12 inches.

Also the town has 4 golf courses, the Ted William?s Camp with several athletic fields and Clear Pond is a spring fed pond for swimming.
