The floors are stone in the kitchen, black bamboo in the living area and FLOR carpeting over concrete in the bedroom. The kitchen features stainless steel and granite finishes. The building is LEED certified so your utilities stay very low. The building and underground garage is secured. Parking is available for $100/month. The building construction is steel and concrete so noise is kept minimal and all building finishing are non-toxic. There is a rooftop terrace with a grill area and pea patch. There is also a community room featuring exercise equipment, yoga room, pool table, and a large outdoor area. There are about 80 units in the building so there is a welcoming community feel. Location This condo is in the perfect location. Live just steps away from Ballard's shops, restaurants, yoga/gym studios, entertainment venues and art spaces.
