We are looking for tenants to inhabit our 3 bedroom loft which has been our home for many years. The unit is located in the Dearborn tower at 1530 S State St. This building was a large food processing plant in its former life. It has large concrete columns and tons of character. Our unit is located on the 10th floor and is unique as it is one of only a handful of units in the building that are lofted. This would be a great unit for a family or for roommates who want their own private living space and a large open living area.
