This Beautiful home sets on the best corner lot beautifully landscaped and directly on the lake, there are only 5 lakefront lots in the neighborhood all situated on one side of the lake. And the lake is well stocked for the fisherman!
The neighborhood is also the highest area in Prairieville so flood insurance isn't required. This home has many high end features and upgrades, Cypress cabinets, Granite countertops, Thermador gas stove with side by side gas ovens as part of stove, huge side by side refrigerator a full size freezer side, separate ice maker, dish washer, Two tankless water heaters so you never run out of hot water! Ten foot ceilings and eight foot doors. Custom brickwork indoors and out, custom stairway and powder-coated iron banisters. What I love about the home

Love the Kitchen, the exposed rustic beams and fireplace mantel which were recovered from old construction, The brick archways, the appliances, the jetted tubs, tankless water heaters, the huge walk in shower with two sides and lots of shower heads and heavy glass door, the lake view, the outdoor heater, the RV Garage, the courtyard directly off of the Master, the upstairs balcony, the sound system is indoors and out and can play different music in each area with wifi smartphone or tablet etc. Love the location. Love everything about this house. And the RV port could be taken into the house as any number of options such as large media room or mother-in-law suite etc. for a lot of additional square footage. This house is also very efficient with foam and bat insulation for low energy cost. Many good reasons why this house is listed under the "make me move" category. Thanks for looking.
