This neighborhood is just a mile south of downtown Columbus. Close to parks, restaurants and bars.Centrally located convenient to shopping and more.

What I love about the home

Home is very comfortable, low to no maintenance both inside and out. Move in ready with neutral colors and custom made window coverings. Larger master bathroom with tiled shower and full glass door / enclosure. Large cooks kitchen with granite coutertops and Stainless appliances. The Kitchen and Living room are a large combined area with a sitting bar that is wonderful for entertaining. Walk to parks, bars and restaurants.
