My Notes

This is a very beautiful suburban neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly, very helpful and very involved with the community. There aren't any malls or large shopping plaza's right in Whippany so there isn't an over-abundance of visitors through our town. However, every single possible store that one could want is within 5 minutes from the home. Also, it is directly linked to many major highways and train stations without actually sitting on top on them causing alot of congestion. This is an ideal town and that is why we have bought just a mile or so from this home. We would never consider leaving the town.

What I love about the home

The main bath was just completely redone in a beautiful Tuscan motif with a six foot oversized jacuzzi tub, granite and marble tiles throughout and beautiful cherrywood cabinetry. The eat in kitchen was also just redone with tumbled marble backsplashes, new counters, new sink, some newly built cabinets and a beautiful pergo floor. We just installed a new Aprilaire home humidification system as well as a new 12x14 shed outside. The lighted ponds and with the quaint little bridge built over them is adorable. There are numerous gardens thoughout the property. It is almost 3/4 of an acre of perfect, level land and it has a 350ft circular driveway with tier lighting all around it. I think what I like most about the home is the potential it houses. With its set back, secret garden type property, it can either be left as it is or an addition can be put on and the property would still remain large and beautiful. I like the quaint privacy of being set back somewhat from the road. It truly is a garden paradise!
