What I love about the home

This house maintains the original street view facade of an English Cottage because the owners feel it is important to maintain the architectural diversity which Pasadena is famous for. However, the entire home is decorated in modern design. Throughout the main house there is rarely seen peg and groove hard wood floors which are original. The kitchen has rolled marble floors and granite counters. There is a gorgeous mid-century modern backyard which is all drought friendly and was designed to have the feel of your own private boutique hotel. It is perfect for the sophisticated owner. Spa built in to elevated deck purchased in 2014. Large modern wood windows and sliding glass doors in the spa house. Outdoor shower, Full outdoor kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood without a snobby feel.
