Great Location, close to Downtown and the Airport! You don't want to miss this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. This condo is complete with high vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen and living area, large master suite with a walk in closet and the balcony boasts amazing views of mountains including Pikes Peak. This quiet community also features a walking path and lake nearby. This unit includes a secured garage parking spot. There is also plenty of guest or second car parking available.

What I love about the home

The view is amazing! The sunsets over the Rocky Mountains are beautiful and there are views from the patio and living area. Gas line on the patio. Kitchen renovated in January 2008 with marble floor, knobs on cabinets and new track lighting.
