Great home - GREAT price! Freshly painted, and move-in ready.
This is a single family home at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has welcoming and established neighbors. It is within the city limits so children can attend Calhoun City Schools, GO JACKETS! But it is also just down the road from Gordon Central so, take your pick!
This home has a split bedroom floor plan with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths.
This home is currently on the market through Suzanne Ross of REMAX GA.
Basement is stubbed for additional living space. One could easily add 3 rooms and a bathroom in the downstairs basement. The back deck is 12 x 12 and has beautiful sunset mountain views. The back yard is very large and fenced and has 2 large gates and 1 entry gate.
The backyard has much potential and perfect for privacy as it backs up to a lot which is currently green space though it is also for sale with another agent.
