This third floor unit has wonderful views of the city and the mountains. Take them in from the balcony overlooking one of the two pools out your doorstep. It is two blocks off of E Palm Canyon Dr, eliminating the noise, but you can walk to Koffi in under five minutes. Downtown is a short hop right around the curve, and Smoke Tree Plaza is the next stop light down.
I have remodeled and updated the interior to make it really enjoyable to stay, cook, relax, and enjoy! I gave the two bedrooms a fun and funky vibe with comfortable beds and nice work spaces. The master bedroom and the main room have Roku Players set up with Netflix and Time Warner channels loaded. I have wireless internet in the home. The bathroom I gutted and did a tile walk-in shower, galaxy granite counter tops, and a fun sink area. The kitchen is totally ready to knock out some good meals with a large fridge, new stainless appliances, and an efficient but very functional workspace.
Down the ELEVATOR in the common pool area, there are multiple BBQs, Prep Counter, Sink, Tables, Misters, Eating Areas - all overlooking the main pool and hot tub.
Wonderful mix of year round and seasonal residents. Just five minutes to Downtown Palm Springs, across the street from Koffi, and less than ten blocks to the mountains. Best of all - NO WIND!
