Directions From Boston:
By Car - Take the Callahan Tunnel to the first exit as soon as you approach the end of the tunnel. It will be the East Boston exit on the right. This will lead you right to Porter Street where you will stay straight until you reach a stop light and Santarpio?s Pizza will be directly in front of you. Take a left and a quick right so you are essentially going around the Santarpios Building, but remaining on Porter Street. You will pass one stop sign intersection and one traffic light intersection before you arrive at the building. Porter 156 will be a large red brick building on the left. You will see signs when you approach it. There is a parking lot entrance just before the building that will lead you to the main entrance.
By T ? Take the Blue line to the Airport stop. Walk through the park to the 156 Porter building.

Market guide

Zillow predicts East Boston home values will rise 3.9% next year, compared to a 1.4% increase for Boston as a whole. Among East Boston homes, this home is valued 36.8% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 24.7% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In East Boston, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 74.3% greater than in Boston, and 22% lower than the national average. This higher local number may prevent East Boston home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Boston.
