What I love about the home

Within walking distance to many Merion Village restaurant and bars. Many family activities (sports, art, music) at the Schiller Park Rec Center. Recently renovated historic Southwood elementary around the corner. Very friendly neighbors and close to downtown! Great location! Beautiful home and backyard!
