Market guide

Zillow predicts East Harlem home values will rise 8.1% next year, compared to a 2.9% increase for New York as a whole. Among 10029 homes, this home is valued 6164.3% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 7% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In East Harlem, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 588.9% higher than in New York, and 64.4% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent East Harlem home values from rising as quickly as other regions in New York.
