What I love about the home

Why we love our home! This is not just a house, it is a home! We have poured our hearts into this home and it shows! We love our neighborhood, the people are very kind. It is nice being able to walk to Henry's Market and the coffee shop (just to name a few). The streets are lined with cherry and pear trees, and it just beautiful in the spring time. This is a super location on a quiet street, near Shore Country Day School. There are children, pet friendly parks within walking distance, and easy access to 128. We also close by to beaches, water, biking and hiking, shopping and restaurants. This is a 6 room Cape with a tasteful open floor plan. It has all new: Anderson windows, HW oak floors, kitchen, bathrooms, ceilings with recess lights in every room, plus to two large 12-23 BR on second floor, + possible 3rd bedroom on first floor. All new wiring, 200 amp, recently installed roof (one layer), interior professionally painted with C2 brand, crown molding. Come and see the quality!
