This house has been updated in plumbing, gas furnace, new roof, and electric. It has been lovingly refurbished to carry the old world charm of it's original style, and currently generates income in the m-i-l apt. The m-i-l has recently been updated with new stained concrete floors, new shower, large closet space and new range with fan. It also has newly landscaped front and backyard with entertaining area and cedar hot tub. There is also a fruit garden and veggie patch out back for the gardener. The yard is now fully wood fenced with sliding wood gate.

Up-coming neighborhood, it is walking distance to all types of shops, library, and fire department - down town and the international district are literally minutes away. Friendly people, but not elitist neighborhood, welcomes diversity.

What I love about the home

I especially love lounging on a sunny day in the library's built in window bed (larger than a usual window seat) It has a pretty brick patio down the stone steps off the breakfast nook. The kitchen is specially designed with wooden counter tops and Dacor gas range and convection oven that make entertaining a joy.
