This home is in an ideal Southern Marin location, just a few minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge and a few minutes south of San Rafael on 101 for easy commuting. Located in a convenient, family-friendly neighborhood, the home is walking/biking distance from very highly ranked public schools: Neil Cummins, Hall Middle School and Redwood High School, as well as the 24 acre Corte Madera Town Park. Corte Madera is known throughout the Bay Area for shopping.
