This lovely home was built in 1978, however with so many upgrades throughout the years (and as recent at 2 months ago), its effective age is much newer. Located in the Warm Springs district of Fremont, there is easy access to both the 880 and 680 freeways leading to Silicon Valley and the high tech industry.Entertainment, local community services, public transportation, great schools, shopping and banking are all within a short distance of home.
