Is this your new home? Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath culdesac home with lot overlooking conservation located in the heart of Brandon, FL. There are lots of great things to tell you about this home. The home is located at the end of the culdesac on a large pie shaped lot with a view from the rear screened lanai that is spectacular. The front walkway leading to the home is done nicely in Italian marble and the rear lanai has been tiled with porcelain tile in a brick pattern. The garage is oversized with an additional 19x21 area that can be used for storage. The kitchen is very nicely done with slide out shelves in all lower cabinets, a super quite Bosch dishwasher, a new refrigerator purchased in 2013, and a large 9x14 kitchen pantry. The eat-in-kitchen is off the kitchen area with windows that look out over the conservation area. Additional high lights of the home include a breakfast bar, updated sinks and faucets in all baths and kitchen, mirrored doors on both master bedroom closet doors, a large walk in master bedroom closet, a nitche built in cabinet, a laundry room sink, and ceiling fans. The home has been well maintained with a new a/c system in 2007, a new water heater in 2010, the exterior was just painted about 3 years ago,updated landscaping at the front of the home, and all the trees just had their once every 5 year trimming . What I love about the home

I love living at the end of the neighborhood on a culdesac and that it overlooks conservation. The location is right in the heart of Brandon, so it is easy and quick to get anywhere, such as shopping, but especially the expressway to Tampa. Living off John Moore Rd. is nice, as it's not very busy and there are no traffic lights. I love the HUGE walk-in pantry and over-sized garage for lots of space and storage. The gas stove is a plus. The beautiful majestic oak tree in the front is the biggest and oldest in the neighborhood. I love the quiet neighborhood, tree-lined streets and well-maintained sidewalks. I feel safe. We upgraded much of the house. We have installed the entire house with beautiful, 12mm high quality Acacia laminate hardwood, with the exception of the bathrooms, which are tile. We have replaced all the ceiling fans and painted nice neutral colors throughout. We have upgraded the bathrooms and plan to upgrade the kitchen soon.
