Neighborhood Description
Evergreen is a young neighborhood, both in age of homes and families. Very few houses are rentals, and the bulk of inhabitants are young professionals (PhD at UC Davis, Attorneys, Physicians, Teachers) with children. There is virtually no crime, several of the top public schools in the nation are within walking distance, as are myriad parks, pools and greenbelt. A self-pick orchard and farm are 1 mile down the street. Shopping, restaurants and local Hospital (Top 100 Nationally) are within 1/2 mile. 

What I love about the home

Seven years old and still like new, close (walking and biking distance) to all of Davis, fabulously energy efficient, best School System in town.
