Very nice apartment w/character available immediately!! This is a spacious 1st floor apt w/a private entrance in an all brick twin in a convenient Wilson location. Larger 2nd BR is a walk through if privacy is not an issue (eg: parent w/a child). Beautiful hardwood flooring & tile flooring in the eat in kitchen and bathroom. There is no carpeting in this unit. There is interior access to the basement w/plenty of storage & there is a laundry hookup and an outside entrance through a Bilco door. Nice flat backyard to enjoy. Tenant pays water & gas heat (gas hot water radiator heat & gas hot water heater). Landlord pays sewer & trash & maintains lawn & snow removal. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING IN HOME! No exceptions, please don't ask. Must have good credit, employment history & references. 1 year lease required. 1st months rent plus 1.5 months security deposit ($1,087.50 due at lease signing). Rental application & credit check required ($35 & $15 for each additional applicant).  More Less
