My Notes

Edit
This established prewar cooperative was designed by famed architect Rosario Candela and built in 1928. It is located in the heart of the Upper Westside on a lovely, quiet tree lined street. This home is suitable for entertaining and comfortable living. A gracious entry foyer leads into the well proportioned living room which flows into the windowed dining area which is adjacent to the large renovated kitchen. In addition, there are two oversized bedrooms which share a windowed bathroom. Other prewar details include: seven windows facing west which provide excellent light all day, five closets for ample storage space, high ceilings, original hard wood floors, and crown and picture moldings. In addition, this highly desirable building offers a full time staff, live in super, a new courtyard garden and is pet friendly. There are new elevators, a bike room and storage bins in the basement.  More Less
