My Notes

Remodeled in 2013, this 4 bedroom split-level home features AC and original hardwood floors. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area features a built-in china cabinet and the laundry room down the hall has matching cabinets for convenient extra storage, making the home cohesive and welcoming.
An efficient gas water heater and furnace were installed during the remodel and extra insulation was added to the attic, making this house energy and cost efficient to maintain.
The house features a spacious backyard, perfect for playing croquet or badminton. The house is tucked away in a neighborhood and is surrounded by well-established and friendly neighbors.

What I love about the home

I love the original hardwood floors on the main floor. I also love the luxury of having AC in my home. The spacious downstairs bedroom is tucked away in it's own private hallway with easy and private bathroom access. This space is perfect for renting to a tenant or for when the in-laws come to visit.
