Great Seminole Heights home on beautiful double lot. The hard wood floors are fantastic and the kitchen is upgraded nicely, with upscale features. The home has been well cared for and seller believes all systems to be in great working order. This home provides an affordable way to move to Seminole Heights, a dynamic neighborhood that boasts new businesses and a friendly atmosphere. Upon entering the house it's obvious that it is well maintained. There is new electric, new A/C and newer roof.
