Ultimate small investment home for all types of family, single parent, full family, recently married or retiring. Great location and clean outdoors. Walking distance to best school in the area. Nice and quiet neighbors, tons of parking with guest parking around the complex. Well maintained pool and gym with free to use Kabana which is excellent place for small parties and get togethers (50 ppl). It also has a full working kitchen.
Neighborhood Description
Schools are good with 8-10 ratings. Across 405 is Cascadia Community College and University of Washington Bothell campus.

What I love about the home

1) LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, Close to I-405 and I-522. Close to Close to UW, Cascadia College and Northshore Junior High. Lastly, close to the new tourist destination Woodinville. 1.a) Windows don't open into neighbors houses like REST OF THE UNITS HERE AND ANYWHERE!! 1.b) 2 car garage could be converted into a half room too so it will act like a extra room or a game room 2) No limits on renting the units in this complex yet, which also makes this a really good investment property right now. HOA management is third party and hence does really good work on keeping things in place, including parking violators. 3) Quiet neighbors, security patrols, great landscaping, and rich exteriors and interiors. 4) Why pay rent when you can afford a place of your own in same monthly installments 5) Lot of upgrades on interiors, dimmer switches, remotes etc, you will fall in love when you see it. 6) All walls are painted with custom colors including garage 7) Total 3 garage spaces- 2 indoor and 1 outdoor. 8) I am selling only to fund my education and this is not a short sale. I know the value is great and you will love the house. I had been told that rents around this complex in 2007 were close to $1700 and some units have been sold even at $340k around that time. NO BARGAINS, I AM FIRM ON PRICE, SAVE YOU AND ME SOME TIME. Agents - I will cover only 3% if you are interested NOT 6%. 9) Just drive around this complex or send me an email for more pics. 10) Walking distance to the bus stops including Bothell/Juanita Park and Ride 11) You can have your own small workshop in garage without bothering neighbors, I have and many neighbors have used table saw without affecting the neighbors.
