Market guide

Zillow predicts Belknap home values will decrease 1.1% next year, compared to a 1.7% rise for Louisville as a whole. Among Belknap homes, this home is valued 15% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 8.8% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Belknap, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 375% higher than in Louisville, and 81.9% less than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Belknap home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Louisville.
