Attractive brick single on a pretty lot in Kenhorst. Lots of yard on side and rear. Above ground pool in back. Detached one car garage and additional off-street parking for two cars, all accessed from alley in rear. Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Third bedroom in basement. Finished basement with only a few steps to backyard. Nice sized covered front porch with main entrance into the great room which leads into a nice kitchen with updated appliances. In rear is a hot tub area and lower level finished recreational room leading to the rear yard. Lots of closet and storage space. Some areas may need a little attention, but this is a nice, reasonably priced single with great location.
