Beautiful two story condo which is the largest in a 6-unit walk up. Quiet location away from the street on second and third floors (has staircases both in-unit and 3rd floor access from building stairs). Updated appliances since photos, exceptional living space. The large balcony through the 10 foot double Barcelona doors overlooks the historic Daughters of the Revolution garden and the has a better view of their cherry blossoms than paid admissions. New roof, large public rooftop decks with incredible skyline view. All of this within 3 minute walk from Rittenhouse Square and all of the best restaurants, shopping, bars, and cafés in Philadelphia.
