The Rev. Plummer Chase House was built as a Parsonage and is located in the Lakenham Historic District of North Carver. The home is less than 1 mile from Rt 44 @ Rt 58, allowing easy access to Rts 3 and I495. The in-ground Ferrari Gunite pool has a new pump and filter. Two large bedrooms with fireplaces and a small nursery/office (with access to a walk up attic) are located on the second floor. Two of the large rooms on floor one, both with fireplaces, could be used as bedrooms or living areas. The dining room has a large hearth and coffered ceiling.
