My Notes

Gorgeous park like setting with ancient oak and matured trees. This is a comfy, cozy family home with open floor plan, formal Living & Family Room, large & open kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a lovely Master suite with remodeled bathroom. "Man Cave" or "Teenager's Hangout" or a great office is upstairs with separate entrance. Terrific yard with lots of room, backs up to horse trails. Beautiful pool & patio area with pond, fire pit & waterfall. Call owner for info 760-310-5532

What I love about the home

These pictures are old and not of the upgraded home. The Front of the home now has a beautiful Arbor to greet you as you pull to the front of the house. The driveway has a "Lighted Entry Way" 1 on each side of the front of the driveway with 3 candelabra type lights to light your way to your home. They are of the old owners I will post new ones soon. I LOVE THE OLD FASHIONED FIRE PLACE and all the different garden areas. We had the fireplace completed upgraded by "The Pot Belly Shop" and up to code. We upgraded the Water Heater and the entire Heating/Air System in the home. We complete re carpeted the loft upstairs. The outside was also upgraded by cutting down many of the trees that were causing trouble and replanting Liquid ambers and plantings up the front driveway. In the back and all around the home the trees were thinned and cut back. It is wonderful. All new drainage was put in and around the home because the home had no drainage system when we moved in and in every rain there would be flooding. There were many upgrades put into the home. The best parts are the sun filled living room in the front of the home and the kid friendly neighborhood.
