My Notes

Over 3200 SF of space between the studio and home, you won't believe this place! Have you ever seen a lot over 200 feet deep in 40205 for this price point? Though it looks like a typical camel back, it is open and modernized inside. When you enter, pine floors are in the formal living room, hallway, and first floor bedroom. The open, eat-in kitchen has a dining bar, two pantries, and a spacious laundry with side-by-side units. Behind the kitchen is a spacious great room with a gas fireplace. The door out to a pergola covered deck puts you on a lot that is 221 ft deep. It has a great organic garden, is fenced, and has fruit trees! Upstairs is a 2nd floor master suite, a 3rd bedroom, 3rd full bath, and two BONUS areas...one is set up as a kids' den and the other is a playroom (could be a 4th bedroom, but no closet)...replacement windows throughout. Next door is a two story, 2 car garage. The 2nd floor is currently set up as an artist's studio (about 700 non-conforming square feet). Since the purchase, the studio has been insulated, dry-walled, and hotel heat/air unit has been added. The other 507 SF in the house at 1625 is non-conforming as some ceiling heights are below 7 feet. Come take a look!  More Less

    Market guide

Zillow predicts Deer Park home values will rise 4.5% next year, compared to a 3.3% increase for Louisville as a whole. Among Deer Park homes, this home is valued 34% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 26.1% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Deer Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 72.9% lower than in Louisville, and 95.6% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Deer Park home values rise more quickly than other regions in Louisville.
