2 car carport, single car attached garage, 2 bdr, 1.5 bath, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, sun room, barn-style oversized shed in back. Access to back through oversized gate and standard fence on either side of house. Roof updated (2011), new, wooden porch railing, fresh paint, new flooring (2012), new furnace and a/c (2014), yard has full sun and shade areas.
People notice how quiet the house is. No outside noise, no house noises, providing a very safe and comfortable feeling. Expansive, open floorplan, the living area flows from one room to the next. Incredibly easy upkeep floors installed in 2012 - they can be mopped with regular floor cleaners, and no warping with spills, plus they match throughout the house. The bathrooms and kitchen have actual tile, all new, and the cast-iron tub has been professionally refinished. Easy to heat and cool, great insulation. Sunroom has multiple electrical outlets, a faucet, vinyl and brick walls, concrete floor, and wall-to-wall windows. The garage has washer/dryer hookups with both electric and gas outlets available.
 

What I love about the home

Neighborhood Description Quiet, older neighborhood with some families. Walking trails, park, library, public pool, restaurants, schools, and fast food all within a 5-minute walk. I-40 less than a mile away on both Sunnylane and 15th Street. There is currently has a tenant maintaining the home; lease expires at the end of 2014.
