This house is perfect for a family. Master suite and two bedrooms on first floor with two huge bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Master bath remodeled in 2008. Lots of closet and attic storage space. Kitchen remodeled in 2013 (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile floor).
Landscaping and full yard irrigation system installed in 2011. Pool pump new in 2010 and pool liner installed 2012. Lenox HVAC system installed in 2007. New water heater installed 2013.
Master bathroom has heated ceramic tile floor.

What I love about the home

This home has been a gem. Built in 1974, it is a solid home which has given lots of enjoyment. Located in the Neshoba North section of Germantown, it is a block away from Riverdale School which is a recognized top performing school. It is also one of the last few K-8 schools in the county. This is a mature section of Germantown with big, shady trees. The neighborhood is turning over to a younger, family market. It's not unusual for kids to be rollerskating by. This home has a shady front yard and sunny back yard with ample privacy with which to float in the pool. A half mile up Miller Farms Road is the trail head for the recently expanded Germantown Greenway and connection to the Memphis Green Line. You have access to over 25 miles of paved trails a few blocks away. Talk about home improvements! Owners have installed a full lawn irrigation system two years ago. The kitchen has recently installed granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and ceramic flooring. The master bath was renovated to include new shower, floor, vanity, and heated floors. The vinyl lined pool has a recent liner and pump motor. If it's infrastructure you're looking for, the HVAC unit was installed 6 years ago and is serviced twice a year. The owners have installed a new water heater and piping.
