What I love about the home

The views of this unit are just beautiful. The Santa Maria is a first class building. One of my favorite amenities that Santa Maria Condo has Miami?s historic " La Santa Maria Mansion" this elegant clubhouse, exclusively for residents, is over 6,000 sq ft of space. Great to either go and have a glass of wine with your significant other, or have a great party just for your guests. Other amenities include the 25 meter lap pool, Jacuzzi, underground racquetball courts and Tennis court at sea level. The spa at the Santa Maria, is your Penthouse, high in the sky on the 51st Floor. You will find the Sexiness of Mary Brickell Village, South Beach and Coconut Grove right around the corner. I know firsthand, the service oriented personnel at Santa Maria, I lived in the Building for 14 years and can attest to their quality of service. They are true professionals from the Manager to the maintenance personnel.
